What is a behaviour coach?
Sometimes people find they get ‘stuck’in repeated patterns of behaviours that they want to change, but find it overwhelming, or don’t know where to start. I work with clients to become aware of these patterns, or habits. Once we recognise them, we are able to start working on changing them. Often habits are carried over unnoticed from childhood and teenage years, and they no longer ‘fit’ the adult we have become.
Coaching doesn’t look back to try to understand childhood as in therapy. Coaching takes the present situation and works out an action plan to move forward to become the person who can leave habits that no longer serve them, behind, and step into the life you want to live.
